Westlake chimneys are new inland Minto construction
Westlake is one of Palm Beach County's newest inland master-planned cities. The Oaks, The Terraces, and Cresswind sit along Seminole Pratt Whitney Road near Westlake Adventure Park. Housing is recent block-and-stucco in Coastal Contemporary and Modern Farmhouse styles, usually with impact windows and a stucco chimney chase rather than a 1960s masonry stack.
